S&F Custom Creations operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). S&F Custom Creations is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or be identical to what is shown online.
All product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until payment is processed and accepted.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and verifying all personalization details, including names, spelling, dates, colours, and design selections before submitting an order.
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You agree that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 3A - CUSTOM CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any text, images, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, designs, or other content submitted for customization do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights of any third party.
S&F Custom Creations reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or remove any order containing content that:
• Infringes or may infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• Contains unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, logos, brand names, sports team logos, celebrity images, or other protected material;
• Contains profanity, vulgar language, hate speech, discriminatory content, threats, harassment, or offensive material;
• Promotes illegal activities or violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Is otherwise deemed inappropriate, objectionable, or inconsistent with our business values.
If an order is refused or cancelled for any of the reasons listed above, S&F Custom Creations may issue a refund at its sole discretion, less any costs already incurred for design work, production preparation, or materials.
By submitting custom content, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights required for us to reproduce, modify, print, engrave, cut, embroider, or otherwise use the submitted content to fulfill your order.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of purchase. Taxes, shipping, customs, and additional fees are not included unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and to update it as needed. You represent that all payment information provided is valid and authorized for use.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including designs, images, graphics, logos, product mockups, and text, is the property of S&F Custom Creations and is protected by intellectual property laws.

All custom artwork, designs, photography, and branding remain the property of S&F Custom Creations.

S&F Custom Creations is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, transactions, or issues arising from purchases made through our store.
You agree to release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases from S&F Custom Creations.
