Personalized and Custom Products

Due to the customized nature of our products, all personalized and custom-made items are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

‒⁠  ⁠Incorrect spelling, dates, names, or information provided by the customer
‒⁠  ⁠Customer approval errors
‒⁠  ⁠Delays caused by shipping carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by us, please contact us within *7 days of delivery*.

Please include:

‒⁠  ⁠Your order number
‒⁠  ⁠Clear photographs of the item
‒⁠  ⁠A description of the issue

If approved, we will:

‒⁠  ⁠Replace the item, or
‒⁠  ⁠Provide a refund at our discretion

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within *24 hours of purchase*.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
