Processing & Production Time
All orders are processed within 3β5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Because many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, additional production time may be required before shipment. Production times may vary depending on order volume and product type.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We use carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout. This means shipping costs are automatically determined based on your delivery address, package weight, and shipping method selected.
This approach ensures customers are charged accurate shipping costs based on carrier rates rather than a flat fee.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7β14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be imposed by U.S. customs authorities upon entry. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. S&F Custom Creations has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control, including delays from Canada Post, USPS, or international postal services.
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@sfcustomcreations.ca and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
S&F Custom Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@sfcustomcreations.ca. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
Depending on production timing and product availability, orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
